AWARDS EVENT AT HOUSE OF LORDS!

Brooke was awarded the prestigious "youth achievement award" at the House of Lords! The award was presented by members of parliament at an event described by Heidi Alexander MP as "an incredibly important step forward in allowing the voices of young people to be heard". Hosted by Lord King of West Bromwich, Patron of the Universal Peace Federation, the event serves to recognize the achievements of exemplary young people who, as Tom Brake MP commented, had "got off their butts and in some cases had put their life on the line to make a difference" Brooke always wanted to inspire young people to achieve the best and have a positive outlook in life through her music, and was given the award for the impact her workshops have had on young people in schools throughout the UK. She sang the dynamic theme song of the new campaign "Love Not War" during the programme. Her new campaign "Love not war" kicks of on the 27 of October with a special exclusive performance at The Gallery in northwest London.

ITALY TOUR

Brooke engaged on a 10-date Live Nation tour with Italian superstar Tony Maeillo. Sharing the stage with superstars like: Sonohra, Zero Assoluto, Paolo Meneguzzi, Gigi D'Alessio, Paolo e Chiara, Ricardo Fogli, Michele Zarrillo, Finley, Studio 3, Paul Young, Valerio Scanu,Giuliano Palma, Pino Campagna, Alexia, Fabrizio Moro, Al Bano. The pair have been promoting their up coming single "Echoe". The Live Nation tour spanned various cities amongst others PADOVA BARI, LUCCA , RIMINI VICENZA and finished up at Tony Maeillo’s hometown CASTELLAMARE DI STABIA. Brooke delivered spectacular performances of some of her new songs to crowds of up to 100,000 people…. One fan said “She is the best and most approachable young artist we have seen in a while here and her songs were amazing”. Echoe is due to be released in Italy at the end of September..

Brooke has been nominated for the Youth Achievement Awards 2010 organized by the Women’s Federation for World Peace. This is a yearly event that seeks to reward young people who are constantly working to leave a positive impact on society via their work. The event will be held on the 14th of July at the House of Commons, London. Brooke is honoured to be part of this event and said: "I feel really honoured to be part of this prestigious event, and can’t wait for the Youth Achievement Awards. I am really looking forward to visit the House of Commons and also perform my

Brooke and Tony Maiello , winner of this year San Remo's Nuova Generazione, have come together to collaborate on a duet written and produced by Steve Russell also known for his part in the Global hit “No Air” featuring Chris Brown and Jordin Sparks.

The song entitled “Echo” appears on Tony’s new album 'Il Linguagio della Resa' and is already receiving rave reviews from Critics and fans alike.

The song is available in Italy via itunes and is released through Tony’s label Non ho l'età managed by Mara Maionchi and Alberto Salerno.

A search for a male model campaign has started for Brooke's video shoot 'Achilles heel' due for release in January. The launch to find a model for Brooke's debut video will be held at the Jacskon's Lane theatre in Highgate and is predicted to attract the bold and the beautiful. The winner will feature on the video as the tempting Love interest that causes major problems for Brooke as she fights to deny strong feelings LURVE!

Since the beginning of September Brooke has been performing in and around the UK. The Venues include Oceana at Southampton, Brannigans in Romford along with Vendome Lounge, The Bedford and The Regal Room in London. She started the tour with a bang and played to a packed crowed in a 4,000 capacity venue!!! She had an hour signing session after the gig and fans spent time taking pictures with the up and coming star!

Industry insiders are calling her "a breath of fresh air" and "a magnificent talent"

Brooke performed to her biggest crowd yet at the Laura Pausini world tour concert in Malta. Brooke was the main support act for the tour and had the 12 thousand strong crowd fully charged before Laura came on to deliver an outstanding performance.

Brooke's rendition of Beyonce's "If I were a boy", complete with beat box and acoustic guitar broke the ice and commanded attention.

"Achilles Heel" had everyone excited and the ballad "Something that I said" captivated the audience.

Brooke finished off with the popular "My Baby Love" and received a rapturous ovation from the fans.

Brooke's club banger 'My Baby Love' was recorded in LA by producer 'Steve Russell' who was so impressed by Brooke's mature sound, that he offered to write Brooke more songs for her up coming debut album। Steve Russell who helped pen the world wide smash hit 'No Air' called her 'A producers dream' on account of Brooke's tenacious appetite for perfection during her studio recordings. This really is beginning to sound like a 'fairy tale' relationship.

The song 'My Baby Love' has hit the No.1 spot on the Bay's Malta's Top 10 music charts! Dj’s have celebrated the song as being "up there" with a lot of the American R&B acts they play! The My Baby love has held its No.1 position for 2 weeks and has already amassed 8 weeks worth of regular airplay. The single will be available on ITunes on the 4th of July. 'My Baby love' is also set for release in the UK.

My baby love is the highest track by a Maltese artist to feature on Bay's top 20 R&B.
